I also expected a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles, but nope, just regular treatment. Not to mention, the room was basic and dirty on arrival- unacceptable! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The experience was really great, can't wait to come back. The hotel was clean. The staff was polite when we had questions. The breakfast was reasonable, the check in was easy. The location was stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from a night club.

A vibrant poolside retreat
Our stay was made good by daily clean towels and a fantastic pool area where we enjoyed warm sun loungers and refreshing swims, with lively music adding a fun vibe.
The reception staff's lack of helpfulness left us frustrated, and our small balcony overlooked the noisy alley, detracting from our relaxation in the evenings.

The fact that it was situated in San Antoni, a beautiful part of Ibiza.
Personnel a little bit rude. Wish they would talk nicer in general. Really didnt like how much we had to pay for wi-fi, 6 euros a day, eventhough it only worked in the lobby area and not anywhere else on the hotel premises, and on top of it, it was extremely slow. If I dont have a comfort of using it in my room, I shouldnt have to pay for it. Plus twice when I asked for wifi access card, they told me that they do not have 1 day pass anymore, just 3 day passes which were obviously more expensive. Which also could have been okey if personnel was nicer and more apologetic about it maybe.

The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. The location is very good (if you do not look for an impressive sight view), 2 minutes to the center, right near the bus station, and quite.
There is no variaty with respect to food, we would have preferred to have the breakfast outside.

There's always room for improvement!!! The Wi-Fi service is entirely unacceptable and should work as expected. Security improvements are needed, especially concerning theft incidents!!! The pool rules are overly strict.

Close to the bus station and town centre.
No chance to turn up (or turn down) the temperature of air-conditioning so we felt cold at night but it was too hot if a/c was switched off. Didn’t like the food.

I had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel, as it surpassed my expectations compared to previous stays in san antonio. The food was varied and good, especially the breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and delicious pastries. The pool area had a lively vibe with a great bar serving affordable drinks.
room cleanliness could have improved.

A Fun Getaway with Some Bumps
Upon arrival, we found the reception staff friendly, helping us check in quickly. Breakfast offered an excellent selection, including a hearty English breakfast and tasty pastries. The pool area bustled with energy. I did notice the lack of complimentary drinks with dinner, a bit disappointing.

The pool area was a highlight with clean lounge chairs and a chill vibe 🌞. I loved the affordable drinks at the bar too! But, the shower in our room was a bit too powerful, making it hard to control.

My room was upgraded for free, spacious and super clean. Plus, the pool area was a good spot to unwind, despite the water being a tad too shivery.
The air conditioning was like a diva-sometimes on, sometimes off! And let's just say, the walls had ears. I got to know my neighbors a little too well.
